Cancellation policy
COACHING SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Cancellation & Modifications:
You may pause, skip, or cancel your coaching subscription at any time by logging into your customer account and managing your subscription settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Billing & Refunds:
Your coaching subscription will automatically renew on your billing date. If you cancel, you will retain access to coaching support through the end of your current paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Payment Failures:
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to 3 times over 10 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be paused and you'll receive an email notification. You can update your payment method and resume your subscription at any time.
Commitment Plans:
If you selected a multi-month commitment plan (3-month or 5-month), you are committing to that duration at the discounted rate. Early cancellation is allowed, but the discount will be adjusted and you may be charged the difference between the discounted and standard monthly rate for months completed.
